Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center. You'll see the white steeple of St. Michael's Episcopal Church which was saved from destruction during the Revolutionary and Civil Wars because it was painted black so as not to be an easy target; and the stately homes along the Battery that have survived war, hurricanes and earthquakes and are now a symbol of Southern elegance and perseverance. The tour continues past the three forts - Moultrie, Sumter, and Johnson that have played a significant role in our history from the Revolution through World War II; and Patriot's Point, the home of the Yorktown, the famous "Fighting Lady" of World War II. You can catch a glance of dolphin skimming the surface as they feed or a pelican as he nose dives into the water in search of a tasty tidbit. Don't miss getting a good look at the Charleston's landmark Cooper River Bridges and the construction of their replacement, a new state of the art span that will accommodate the largest ships in the world. There is no better way to see the Low country. About the Boat The boat offers two decks - A "Main Salon", which is climate controlled and an "Observation Deck", each providing spectacular views of Charleston harbor. There are bar areas on each deck for flexible entertaining. The dining area in the Main Salon utilizes furniture that can be moved readily to respond to your needs for flexible layout for a special event. Restrooms are also available on the Observation Deck level. The boat is an impressive 85 feet long with classic lines. She can comfortably accommodate up to 300 passengers, has a normal operating crew of four and is certified to cruise the inland waterways by the USCG. A snack bar is available for daily cruises. Snack Shop features sandwiches,beverages and other snack bar items available for purchase. Tour does not include hotel pick-up.
